RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SAYEBAAN

At Sayebaan, we take pride in offering premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.


❌ NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS

We do not offer returns or refunds except in the following cases:

✅ Eligible Cases (ONLY):

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged product

📌 Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product)

  • Photos showing the issue


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design variation (screen vs real-life)

  • Size issues

  • Minor finishing variations

  • Late claims (after 24 hours)

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Orders placed on Sale / Discount / Clearance


🔄 Resolution Method

If your claim is approved:

  • We may replace the item, OR

  • Issue a store credit (at our discretion)

💳 Cash refunds are NOT offered


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from Sayebaan.

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
